A week ago Jeremy and a bunch of his dental friends, completed an olympic length triathlon. He finished it all and we are all so proud of him. It was held at Smith Mountain Lake near the pan handle of Virginia (which is gorgeous, Dirty Dancing and What About Bob were filmed there). He swam 1 mile, biked 25 miles, then ran 6.2 miles. He said it was the hardest thing he has done and probably won't do it ever again, we will see. We stayed at a lake house with all of our friends and had a blast.
